FYI everyone

I found that I can run it on the server as localhost or local network server
Also, it worked on a workstation as local network server but it would not work over the Remote Server connection

Hello Peter. Yes, this is correct for the report designer. Once you design the reports they will appear in the appropriate menu in the app, which can be used from anywhere. Just the designer needs to be used locally.
